Why it mattered
Pharmacy orders are slowed by prescription checks, stock questions and phone calls. The flow had to feel as quick as ordering food while staying compliant.
Our solution
What we built
Our approach: mapped the full journey across customer, pharmacist and rider; made prescription upload the first action, checked by a pharmacist in minutes; a cart with refill reminders and clear totals; live rider tracking with an honest arrival time.
